We are holding a photo contest for people from foreign countries with connections to Nagasaki! The theme is simply
Take your favorite Nagasaki scene and capture it in a photograph! It might be something you want to show off to everyone, or something a little unusual that left an impression. Choose from Nagasaki’s natural beauty and scenery, its towns and streets, traditional events, and daily life in Nagasaki. We’re looking forward to seeing photos brimming with Nagasaki’s charms!
We have some amazing prizes for our winners!
Grand Prize: A package of Nagasaki Wagyu Beef valued around 20,000 yen (for 3 contestants).
Second Prize: A prize pack of Nagasaki goods (for 3 contestants).
Third Prize: A Nagasaki tote bag (for 4 contestants).
Being a member of the Dejima Network (becoming a member at the time of submission is fine).

To participate in the contest, you must be a member of the Dejima Network website. If you are already a member, proceed to Step II.
If you are not a member, sign up to NAGASAKI VISITORS’ BOOK.

Please use either of the following ways to submit your photos.
Please use the Message function of the Dejima Network Facebook page to send us your photo.
Please send us the following as well:

Please send an email with the details above to the Dejima Network email address (email@example.com) and send your photo as an attachment.
※ When applying by email, please attach just one photo to a single email. Photo data should be in the JPEG format, and the file size should be 5MB or less.

Participants will divide into groups (Australia, China, Korea, Vietnam) and make food from one country together with instructors from that country, and then talk to other participants while eating. For more details see the link below! ヾ(○´∀`*○)ﾉ

The Prefecture of Nagasaki is recruiting participants for a tour of the Shimabara Peninsula targeting residents of Nagasaki Prefecture from Western countries.
On the weekend of Sat Nov 17th to Sun Nov 18th tour some of the best sights in Obama, Unzen, and Shimabara, and spend a night in Unzen!
